Kiley built this because she couldn't find it anywhere else. A program that took her faith seriously, trained her body the way Exercise Science taught her it should be trained, and treated food as medicine — not a macro budget.

She is a military spouse who has rebuilt her life, her routines, and her sense of self more times than she can count. She is a homeschool mom who knows what it means to pour everything out and have nothing left for yourself. She has walked the postpartum road. She has navigated the seasons where nothing stays the same.

And one day — in Peyton, Colorado — this will be a real place. A regenerative farm. A retreat. Somewhere women can come and put their hands in the actual soil, eat real food from the actual ground, and remember what it feels like to be whole.
